Can corn in a can expire?

Canned vegetables have an expiration date. But remember that canned vegetables, like a lot of other vegetables, usually have a best before date and not an expiration date. Because of this distinction, you may safely use canned vegetables to compliment your favorite meals even after the best before date has lapsed.

Is the use by date on meat the expiration date?

The "sell-by" term you often see on food product labels refers to the last day that a retailer can have the product on display on a store shelf. It is believed that food items are safe to eat for up to 10 days after the "sell-by" date, if kept properly stored. Meat and Poultry usually have "sell-by" dates to look for.

E-file with direct deposit is the fastest way to get your federal tax refund. The IRS states that 9 out of 10 e-filed tax returns with direct deposit will be processed within 21 days of IRS e-file acceptance. Refund processing time is 6 to 8 weeks from the date the IRS receives your tax return.

Can you drink milk after the use by date?

You could theoretically freeze your milk for up to three months, but it'll turn lumpy and yellow and yucky looking (though it's still safe to drink). The accepted rule of thumb is that if you're properly refrigerating it, your carton of whole milk's expiration date is five days after the "sell-by" date
